Scorpion Helmets Shoei vs?

Today I found two helmets that I actually liked and fit properly. The first was a Shoei TZ-R and the second was a Scorpion EXO-400. The Shoei was $ 309 and the Scorpion was $ 129. Both are DOT and Snell approved. I was wondering if anyone had a problem with any of Town (fogging quality of materials, cooling vents, wind noise, etc. ..) Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

I have three EXO400s in the garage. Them are the best headphones I have owned. About my only complaint is that it takes practice to adjust the air vents with gloved hands.
